Skype tip

A lot of people use Skype to make free (or very cheap) long distance calls. For example, I can call my family or friends in the U.S. for 2 cents (20 won) a minute. In addition, you may use Skype to call your financial institution or the federal government, the IRS for example. When making these calls, you'll frequently encounter morons on the phone.

What's the solution?

Pamela

No, not the Pamela you see on the right. (And by the way, those are fake.)

This Pamela. You can record Skype calls for future evidence and reference. This will lessen the chance of any disputes with your bank or the IRS. I've tried it out it works like a charm.
