Supplements

A lot of us gym rats are taking supplements. Usually, it means a trip to Namdaemun for protein powder, creatine, BCAAs, etc. I found a website in Korea that's roughly the same price for Optimum Nutrition. Door to door delivery. It'll save you a few hours in the afternoon. =) Most of all, it's convenient.

Some items are still too expensive like fish oil. The Omega-3 sells for roughly double the price in the U.S. =(

How many supplements do I take? You don't want to know.

Or do you?

This is not everything. It's just what I could fit on one shelf. lol

Here's the powder group:

Do you take any vitamins?

Do you take all of them every day? wow! I take vitamin C,E, chlorella, and chung-guk-jang. I think it's a lot to eat at one time, but you take much more than me!

You have probably already seen this site: http://mass119.com/. I ordered protein powder from there with Jung Hyo and Graham. It was pretty good. I think you drank it once with me at my house. If I remember right you said, "Not bad," after you drank it. Anyway, since ordering with Jung Hyo they've really increased their inventory.

Looks like the whey costs about the same as the site I found. Inflation sucks. I did notice they sell Flintstones vitamins. lol

Thank you Diane. Fish oil is really good for you. It lowers your bad cholesterol, helps your skin, helps you lose weight, etc.
